How to Select and Evaluate Chemistry Automation Solutions

Learn how to approach the acquisition of a new automation solution in phases, and know the pitfalls in the selection and evaluation process. Dr. Tacker will guide you on exploring platform options and engaging vendors for information, how to perform a critical review of proposed solutions, best ways for issuing an RFP, and going through the legal and purchasing process for your selection. A question and answer session with Dr. Tacker will follow.

After participating in this webinar, attendees will be able to:

  1. Discuss timelines and expectations for a «search/evaluation» phase in automation selection
  2. Engage laboratory staff and the selection team while selecting the automation solution
  3. Plan site-appropriate activities to thoroughly evaluate available automation and associated recommendations from manufacturers

Lab managers, supervisors, technologists, and laboratory directors.
